General Info:

NO CANCELLATIONS due to buyer's remorse or any other reason, all sales final.

As most of our items are Vintage, Shabby Chic, Timeworn or Custom Made~ all sales are FINAL, and we do not accept returns. Items are not always perfect....this is how we like them, and if you are shopping here with us, you should too!!!. We strive to be as accurate as possible with descriptions and provide MANY PHOTOS~ PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY, and should you have a question~ask before making the purchase! We will not be held accountable for any unintentional typos or mistakes in our listings. Purchase with confidence as we have been selling on the internet since 1999, and have sold literally thousands of items with a large base of regular, satisfied customers!

We try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible and prices on our website are non~negotiable. We do NOT offer wholesale pricing.

Payment:

We accept payment by any major credit card, Echeck or Paypal payments. Payment may be made by phone during normal business hours at 786~493~2007 Eastern time.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on any and all credit card reversals!!

FLORIDA RESIDENTS MUST PAY 7 % SALES TAX OR PROVIDE US WITH A FAXED COPY OF A VALID RESALE CERTIFICATE.

Layaway:

We offer layaway on purchases that total over $100 in merchandise with 1/2 down and balance within 30 days. Layaway is a legal and binding contract. Layaway deposits are NON~REFUNDABLE, and deposit will be forfeited if payments are not made by due date unless prior arrangements are made.

Shipping:

We DO combine shipping whenever possible, and will refund any excess charges to your original method of payment once the box is ready to ship!

WE SHIP MANY ITEMS WORLDWIDE ~Shipping Rates are for Continental US ONLY. Additional shipping costs to all other countries will be rebilled to your credit card or invoiced to you via Paypal. PLEASE NOTE that you will be responsible for your countries taxes/and or duty fees and we do not know what they will be in advance.

Rest assured that we do keep track of each and every item sold, and all items are shipped with delivery confirmation, and will be shipped as quickly and safely as possible. Please allow us sufficient time, we are a small business.

We strive to package our items as securely as possible for safe arrival. Please check packages immediately upon arrival, and report any damages to us. 

Privacy:

Shabbyfufu will not under any circumstances share your name, address, telephone number, or email address with any third party without your permission. We respect your privacy, and use this information only to process your order. We do not share our mailing list with any third parties.
