FASHION OVER 50
BEAUTY OVER 50
Now on to beauty with some products that make a difference for me!
I feel like as one get’s a little bit older that it’s more important than ever to try and achieve beauty from the inside out. I go for my yearly check-ups, regular dental cleanings, and have been a user of bio-identical hormone therapy for sometime now. My last couple of bloodworks have indicated that I’m low on Vitamin D…as in VERY LOW. You wouldn’t think so, since I live in South Florida and get PLENTY of sun…so strange. I was not able to easily digest the pill form of Vitamin D and my doctor wanted me on 50,000 mg a day, which is a lot. She actually suggested that I try liquid drops and I’ve been using the product above for about 6 months now. I am healthy and feel good and am curious to see how my next bloodwork comes out, but what I CAN say is that my fingernails have not been this healthy and strong in maybe EVER!! I have to say that it’s the BLUEBONNET VITAMIN D DROPS and I’m recommending them today.
Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation is the best foundation that I have found for my skin. I have oily skin and live in a humid and hot climate and it does not melt or cake and has an SPF factor of 15. I can’t say enough good things about this product from TARTE and although it’s not the most inexpensive it lasts for a long, long time and I just LOVE it.
Again, I would only tell you about products that I love and have told friends about and they all seem to love these products as well. I’m not ready to go grey and color my hair and as a result it’s taken a bit of a beating. Since I’ve been using L’ANZA HEALING COLOR CARE TRAUMA TREATMENT after shampooing the condition of my hair is so much better than it used to be! You get what you pay for in hair products I’ve found and this can be used after shampooing and rinsed out or a dab on your hands massaged into the hair and left in.
I hope that you enjoyed the post and let me know if you have any questions about what I’ve shared today.
