Welcome to French Country Fridays, where we embrace and share the French lifestyle as we see it in our homes. This week there has been a lot going on in our home with the kitchen getting finished up. Since we are DIYers over here we will be caulking, painting, installing under counter lights and some other remaining work over the weekend. I still have a few decisions to make in terms of changing out the cabinet hardware (or possibly not), lighting over the island (or possibly not) and repainting the existing white cabinets (or possibly not!). How exciting for you Babette! Today marks 28 years since we put the deposit down on our home. I will always remember since it was on a Father’s Day and the realtor was hesitant to come in the office but we insisted, LOL. That’s a long time and I look forward to another chapter at some point down life’s road.
