Boy oh boy did this week go by quickly and it seems like for me it was mostly filled with catching up on blog related work! I’ve mentioned it before that Friday is generally my favorite day. I work from my home office and my husband is out and about for his job but home on weekends. I so look forward to spending time with him, even after all of these years! We have a particularly yummy French Country Fridays for you today and my favorite is the museum listed below. Hope to visit this one on my next visit to San Francisco to see our daughter! The Legion Of Honor Museum – Salon Doré
Get lost in the Salon Doré at the Legion of Honor Museum in San Francisco.
Designed during the reign of Louis XVI, the room was originally installed in the Hôtel de la Trémoille on Paris as a salon de compagnie (the principal reception room). Throughout its history, the paneling of the Salon Doré has been moved no less than six times! It has called the Legion of Honor “home” since 1959.
