With Thanksgiving next week I’ve been trying to find just the right recipe for our plant based lifestyle to serve as the main dish. While I know this is French Country Fridays, that is where my head is at today! I’m harkening back to the times that my husband and I traveled in France and all of the delicious fresh vegetables and trying to think like a French woman in my flavorings!
