20 Winter Decorating Ideas – Not For Christmas
Thank you to everyone who came over to the blog yesterday and visited my tablescape post for Thanksgiving! What a super talented group of bloggers that I got to work with and if you haven’t yet seen the post, it’s only one post down from this one.
That was sort of a “dress rehearsal for our Thanksgiving, and this year it’s going to be a small one and not the usual hoopla that we enjoy hosting. In fact it may be the first year ever that it will be just my husband and me, but we shall see. Now I’m moving on to plan for WINTER and CHRISTMAS and…
although this isn’t the greatest shot for sure, I took it last night after cleaning out our master bedroom of clutter.
Our bedroom is so peaceful in all white and I feel that white and greys are the colors that suggest winter. I’m planning and so excited to make a few changes, but it won’t be anything drastic.
A few months ago I received these grey (or do you spell it ‘gray’?) linens from Crane and Canopy and will be taking them out of the linen cupboard and putting them on the bed. There should be enough chill in the South Florida air to actually sleep with a duvet at some point!
But it’s not winter and Christmas will be here before you know it, so I’m just dreaming and thinking. Until then, there are few things to do besides the bedding change to get all cozy and today I’m sharing some ideas in a round-up to get you started.
