As you go through your routines around the home do you have some favorite items that make things easier or add to the quality of daily living? You might find some useful items in this curated list!
I’ve been thinking of writing this post for awhile now and finally just getting to it! This is practical and based on items that I own and I hope that it helps you out! Don’t we all have items that we find we reach for or utilize time and time again in our lives, and others that don’t seem to get our attention? Whether it’s a home decor piece, an article of clothing or something utilitarian, we seem to play favorites. At least that things work in my home and I’ve been giving this list some thought based on my own experience. Let’s get started on the list and these are all items that I’ve purchased on Amazon, so I’m sharing the links in case you’d like to learn more about any of the items below. LifePro Vibration Plate Exercise Machine
If you belong to a gym then you might have seen vibration machines before. My physician is actually the one who told me about it and as a woman of my age group she uses it to help build bone and lose fat. She referred me to some articles on how vibration therapy is used on the astronauts when they return from space, which can give them bone loss. Here is one article and you can Google for more. I’ve had mine for about 8 months now and use it 3 times a week. I can honestly say that I feel between this device and daily walking I feel better than I have in years! I’ve wanted to install a pair of sconces in my living room for ages, but the fact that this house has plaster walls creates a problem. If you’ve ever tried to drill through plaster then you know what I mean, and since I don’t like sconce cords dangling down it was a no-go. These wireless sconces solved my dilemma and they are so practical, easy to hang and give good ambient light! My own dermatologist and I discussed this and I purchased one for myself for Christmas. I prefer this one to the red light therapy masks, since it does my neck at the same time and it’s a nice chill way to relax for 20 minutes on days that I use it. I think that you’ll like it and I also feel that it’s so good for our circulation! I haven’t had a bone density done, since it hasn’t been a year just yet since I purchased it. My physician has though and it’s getting better for her. I’m a pro-ager and try to take really good care of myself and see the results!
Great post many useful things to consider. Red light therapy has been around along time and is also good in healing joint and muscle pain. I saved the semi flush light fixture and the glass cling film. These are 2 things I could use. Thank you.

I have a few things in mind to buy. Cross body bag, flush mount light and gold rub.
All of these are amazing! The bidet and orchid stems caught my eye. I live in senior housing so some of the things I wouldn’t be able to use. I did interior decorating in my younger days so I still love to do that with what I have, always changing to keep it interesting.
I like the round placemats in blue and the wallet.
Really interested in the WBV machine – how does it work? Do you just stand on it? Thanks for any info.
Jacki, yes you do stand on it. It comes with some straps if you want to exercise your arms while using it, but I don’t. I find it has really helped my balance and it’s great for circulation and bone density.

I would buy the collapsible laundry basket or the yoga pants. That basket I think would also work well in the car when you need to contain items. I would like to see metal containers that we could use inside or out from Amazon.Unusual ones.

Honoré, of course it depends on how often you use them, but I’d say for us it’s every 2 weeks. Super easy to charge as you just lift the bulbs out and charge with a USB!
