Hello!
I’m so happy to be here with you today.
Thank you to Janet for inviting me to guest post.
My name is Susan. I blog at Love of Home.
I share easy DIY ideas, recipes and home decor.
I’m always looking for a great recipes that everyone will like.
Today I have one of my all time favorite recipes, perfect for Summer!
It’s a fantastic marinated chicken that you bake and then finish on the grill.
It’s so simple and so delicious!
I promise it will be a family favorite!!
Here’s how I make it…
I bought the Trifecta pack of chicken from Walmart. It’s got three different pieces, bone in skin on. My pack weight about 4 1/2 pounds.
I put in a large baking dish. Cover well with Chivetta’s barbecue marinade.
Cover with foil and bake 325-350 for about 2 hours or until completely cooked through.
When done, char on a hot grill for a few minutes on each side.
This is perfect for a weeknight dinner, picnic or when you are entertaining and cooking for a crowd!
Some of my favorite Summer sides are corn on the cob, baked beans, a salad and dessert and you’ve got a meal!
Thank you!
