We have a couple of rainy South Florida days on tap and I’m always happy to spend time indoors. Probably like you, much of this pandemic time has been spent cooking. With just the two of us it doesn’t mean that I don’t want us to be well nourished, and I have the time to experiment right now. This weekend’s menu includes vegan tacos and vegan meatball subs.
