There’s a great tv program on British channel 4, chateau diy, which follows the progress of British chateau owner’s restoring their homes. If you get the chance you’ll see some stunning properties. I find it addictive viewing. I get so envious of their flea market finds.

    1. Do you mean Escape To The Chateau DIY?

  2. Cate Quinn says:

Hi Janet, Chateau DIY, is an offshoot of Escape to the Chateau, it has some on the same homes as you’d have seen on Escape to the Chateau, but it doesn’t include Dick and Angel. It makes me want to get in a van and drive from Scotland to France just for the amazing second hand shops ( thrift stores).

    1. Okay…I HAVE seen this series, although probably not all of the episodes. It’s really interesting and I’ll have to see what I might have missed!
