Welcome to today’s home tour!

I’m SO excited to show you this gorgeous Nebraska home. If y’all are part of the modern contemporary fan club, trust me, this Nebraska home tour will have your heart!

With soaring and vaulted ceilings, industrial-style grid windows, and stunning custom millwork, this home tour will show us how stripping away excess and centering on bold yet intentional choices truly pays off when styling a home.

One of the things that caught my eye first when looking at these interiors is the design team’s restrained approach to decor.

In this home tour, symmetry rules every room, and surfaces are free of excess.

No overcrowded shelves or random decorative objects, just carefully chosen pieces that let the architecture shine.

And is that design approach what makes this Nebraska home tour so eye-catching!

The beauty of these interiors is centered around the home’s architecture, the way natural light interacts with it, and making every room work for this family’s everyday life needs.

There’s a lot of inspiration coming right up, so grab a drink and join me on this home tour!

This compact foyer gives us the perfect first impression of what’s to come! An oversized abstract artwork makes such a bold statement against clean white walls, with a modern bench adding to the clean aesthetic.

Brass legs tie right back to all the hardware we’ve seen throughout the home. It’s consistent details like this that make a design feel intentional and polished.

One of the things that I liked the most about this home’s living room is the intentional use of pairing a high-contrast monochromatic palette of black and white. It makes for such a dramatic look!

Black built-ins run floor to ceiling on either side of the marble fireplace, and some stunning custom millwork that complements the design. Plus, it adds tons of storage room!

I love how the symmetry used here perfectly frames the wall-mounted TV. Now, we all know how tricky finding the right place for a wall-mounted TV can be, but here it works perfectly with the symmetry of the built-ins.

You’ll notice the ceiling treatment adds so much character to the room, which is only highlighted by the natural light streaming from the massive windows. The sectional is positioned to take advantage of both the fireplace and the view outside.

I love how they’ve kept the styling simple but sophisticated. The clean lines and classic proportions give the room a sense of permanence and luxury!

Now let’s move into the heart of the home: the kitchen! And wow, does this space deliver on that same sophisticated vibe!

Y’all can see how they’ve layered in warmth with exposed wooden ceiling beams and rich hardwood floors.

The rest of the materials keep up with the monochromatic palette and clean lines: White quartz countertops, black and brass pendant lights, a sleek refrigerator, and black and white bar stools.

And the oversized kitchen island? That’s the stuff of dreams!

Next, we got the scullery! Now, having his secondary prep space tucked away from the main kitchen is SUCH a smart design move. It keeps all the everyday clutter completely hidden from the main entertaining space.

Floating wooden shelves add the perfect mix of open and closed storage, and the geometric floor tile adds a lovely touch without overwhelming the clean aesthetic.

The architecture and surrounding views are one of the focal points in this home, and the dining room is where we can see them in full action!

Here, the home’s connection to the outdoors really shines with clean lines that let those incredible views take center stage.

With the landscape beautifully framed by those statement windows, the rest of the dining room features clean, modern elements like that rustic wooden table, which creates such a beautiful contrast against the sleek black built-ins.

Moody charcoal grasscloth wallpaper makes the powder room a dramatic statement. It’s such a sophisticated backdrop, and paired with the stunning sunburst mirror, it adds a glam touch without coming across as over-the-top.

The white cabinetry with brass hardware keeps the space from feeling too dark, and the black marble countertop with white veining ties everything together beautifully.

In the laundry room, sage green cabinetry brings a softer energy compared to the dramatic blacks we’ve seen elsewhere. You can feel how much softer and more peaceful this space is compared to the striking blacks dominating other areas.

Brass hardware and a geometric pendant light turn everyday chores into something more elevated, and the open shelving is amazing for storing essentials.

The white subway tile feels classic and clean, but it’s the patterned floor that brings in just the right amount of pattern play.

This home office keeps the same calming vibe with sage green built-ins forming a peaceful workspace.

Floor-to-ceiling storage makes the most of every inch, with small but impactful details of modern flair like the glossy bespoke desk, a brass geometric chandelier, and decorative elements.

The neutral swivel chair with a brass base connects back to the hardware choices throughout the home. Another example of how thoughtful details tie everything together!

To finish off our little home tour, we gotta take a look at the master bedroom!

Here’s where all the clean and modern design we’ve seen gets wrapped in this dreamy room. The white upholstered bed looks so soft against the textured hexagonal accent wall; it adds just enough visual interest without going overboard.

The master bedroom wraps up this home tour with total serenity. The white upholstered bed creates a soft focal point against the textured hexagonal accent wall, paired with purple bedding.

They skipped window treatments completely – smart move when your views are this stunning! The white bench and streamlined nightstands keep everything feeling clean and uncluttered.

It’s a contemporary design that actually feels cozy and relaxing.
