Mother’s day gift basket ideas have been swirling in my head and truth be told they aren’t difficult to put together at all! You probably know what your mom loves and just gear your choices to her aesthetic and needs. Because you’ll want to make it pretty, look for a basket that will fit the bill and then add your items. I have a few ideas for you to make it simple.
I’m joining in with some friends today for the Perfect Gift Basket/Gift For A Mom blog hop, and if you’re coming over from our hostess Bethany of The Posh Home blog then welcome!
My own mom loved pretty things and I took great joy in presenting her with lovely gifts over the years. Gifts for mom do not need to be expensive. If you’re working with a budget Mother’s day spa gift baskets are always appreciated and you can bet that they makings will be used! What about including some homemade salt scrubs or soaps that I talked about IN THIS POST and in THIS POST.

For a touch of pretty whimsy, some donut bath bombs would be especially relevant and are fairly simple to make.
First of all you’ll need to start with the basket so here are some of my favorites below. Scroll and tap to shop:
What’s in my perfect Mother’s Day gift basket ideas? A pretty floral kimono robe, body wash and soaps, a couple of novels (maybe French -s’il vous plaît) for relaxing with, a beautifully scented candle (try my favorite from Kingdom Scents!) and a bunch of dried French lavender tied in a bundle. You don’t have to be a mom to enjoy these little luxuries. When you think about other occasions gift baskets are perfect!

Finally….tie a ribbon on the basket because those little touches do count when you are gifting.
