Not referring to “dieting” when I talk about diet, rather making good choices full of fresh foods. When I look around at people I feel like so many miss out on this important healthy lifestyle tip and it’s probably number one in my book.
Lunch is usually leftovers for me, since I work out of the house. My husband has taken his lunch to work ever since I’ve known him and these days it’s a couple of wraps with leftovers or sunflower nut butter sandwich rounds.

You don’t need to spend a lot of time if you start incorporating just ONE of the tips at a time and focus on what you can do in just 10 minutes to get you started.
