A truly breathtaking home tour! Today, we’re diving into this magnificent home designed by the team at VanderHorn Architects.

Nestled amidst the fabulous views of Long Island Sound, this home is a delightful blend of traditional luxury, modern comfort, and timeless hospitality.

The exterior is reminiscent of the shingle style of the Victorian era while the interiors of this home have that relaxed elegance and old-world charm, complete with modern amenities.

The hallmarks of this style are woven seamlessly into the interiors, creating a space that feels both eternal and inviting. Timeless and weathered wooden accents, spaces flooded with natural light, and a sense of connection with the surrounding nature in every corner in this breathtaking home tour.

Breathtaking Home Tour: Greenwich Waterfront

The entry hall sets a sophisticated tone, inviting us into a world of traditional charm. The black walnut flooring, intricate moldings, and the grand staircase make a statement from the get-go.

A traditional console table with lampshades in a pretty light blue hue complements the colors of the rug and the upholstered bench.

Blue hues are used throughout the home as a unified theme, creating visual harmony throughout.

The living room is an elegant rendition of the coastal aesthetic. Keyed arch top cabinets and painted wood paneling work as a backdrop for thoughtfully curated decor in blue, white, and little yellow accents. It’s timeless and chic, but warm and inviting.

The curved lines of the architectural details are mirrored in the armchairs and sofas.

Subtle decor details add a touch of magic to the room, like a basket brimming with white flowers and the lovely chinoiserie garden stool.

The dining room is my very favorite area in this breathtaking home tour! The scenic wallpaper (likely Gracie handpainted wallpaper) in muted blues and white sets the tone of the space, with matching upholstered chairs.

Metallic details -like the chandelier and the reflective fireplace frame- add a glamorous touch while keeping the high-end coastal elegance.

Details make the difference in this breathtaking home tour! The deep cherry panels meet crisp white windows for a striking contrast in this powder room. A sleek console sink is paired with glimmering details like the mirror and crystal sconces, bringing a touch of glam to the space.

In the family room, the design plays more with patterns and layers, giving the space a more laid-back feel.

A playful mix of textures and geometric patterns in gray, blue, and light brown enhances the white-pitched and beamed ceiling beautifully.

In an open layout, the kitchen feels bright and inviting with a Nantucket beadboard ceiling and white bespoke counters.

The muted blue kitchen island with a marble countertop adds a touch of elegance, harmonizing seamlessly with the overall aesthetic.

Nestled against a bay window with panoramic views sits a breakfast nook.

Soft minty-blue curtains add a calming touch, balancing the darker tones of the flooring and furniture.

With blue-lacquered walls, stainless steel countertops, and glass cabinets, the service pantry is utterly gorgeous.

It’s one of my favorite spots in this stunning home!

In another family room, the color palette gets warmer with rich cherry paneling that pops against the white beadboard ceiling.

Traditional-style armchairs in blue and ochre add to the old-world charm of the space.

The main bedroom exudes coastal calm with its light blue walls and touches of vibrant hues in the curtains, rug, and bedding. It’s a harmonious blend of elegance and comfort, creating a serene space that invites you in.

The kid’s bedroom is a chic and charming design, perfect for tweens! The pops of vibrant pink look so pretty against the blue-gray walls!

The primary bathroom is an upscale delight. The space feels like a spa with its crisp white design, featuring a large French bathing tub and lush armchair that contrasts beautifully with the dark wood flooring.

And there you have it, a delightful journey through this breathtaking home tour!
