It’s FINALLY FALL y’all! 🍁 and I’m continuing my fall fashion revamp project! As I mentioned in my previous fashion posts, I’ve been scouting for new pieces to spruce up my fall wardrobe and, so far, so good. But, in my research, I’ve discovered some incredibly affordable finds I can’t wait to show you.
Chic Fashion Finds For Fall
To start, let me recommend again this practical cardigan from my favorite Walmart brand, Time and Tru. This mid-weight cardi is slouchy enough to be comfy, not too big or snug. The quality is amazing (especially for the price!) and it’s one of those pieces that you can dress up or down and layer. Ideal for the fall!
If you really love layering your fall fashion outfits, something like a lightweight open cardigan can be exactly what you need.

Easy to throw on over thin tops or something thicker, like a crewneck sweatshirt. A lightweight open cardigan is a versatile fashion piece you can use year-round. My favorite one this year is this cardigan set of 3.
Another huge trend this season is the shacket. This mix between a regular jacket and a shirt is just perfect for the beginning of the fall season!
These usually have an oversized style, so they work wonderfully for layering. This pleated one in a soft brown, light blue against ivory has all the fall vibes you need and it’s butter-soft.
This turtleneck sweater with bat wings is great for those crisp fall days. It has side slits that hit just below the hips, and the back is longer, which is always a plus in my book!

You know I prefer the neutrals because I feel like they make any simple outfit so much more elevated. But, if you like more color, this sweater comes in different shades, so check it out!
Now, if you want something with a bit more pizazz and color, opt for something like this oversized striped sweater. It has a wide crew neck which allows you to style it in a one-shoulder look.
Pair it with leggings, denim, or something like these super comfy bootleg pants (that come with tummy control) ankle booties, and a leather jacket and you’ve got a super easy and chic outfit for fall!
Another fashion trend I’m loving at the moment is animal print. While animal prints have been a staple in the fashion world forever, this season the trend is a softer, muted, and more delicate animal print. This more elevated take on the classical animal print definitely makes for a more refined look and I love it!
If you dig this look just as much as me, I recommend this stunning midi dress. My favorite part about this dress is the back. It has a tie and a smocked panel right above your bra (no need to worry about it showing!) which helps enormously in how it fits around the bust area.

This type of dress is so easy to style with classical pieces you probably already have in your closet! A tailored coat and stilettos for a high-end date night look or a relaxed blazer and chunky boots for a more relaxed outfit. You can also turn it into a more casual style by layering a cropped sweater on top of it and pairing it with loafers and a cute tote.
