I love having fresh flowers in the house, but there are times when the selection at the grocery store is picked over. Since I do a lot of styled shoots, I keep several organized
boxes of faux florals in my studio for use at times like these. I’ll often mix the silk flowers in with a few pieces of greenery from the garden, which I do have here year round. It’s sometimes hard to distinguish the real from the faux unless you touch them, or get a very tight macro lens shot…
I have been enjoying writing for eBay and just put together an article with some of my tips on easy centerpieces for fall. We are all so busy and easy is good! You can find that HERE
I’m really enjoying the silk velvet pumpkins from Love Feast Shop and have been mixing them into my vignettes…
At the moment though the living room is subtle with tones of white and grey and I think that it might stay like this through the season…
Maybe…
Maybe…
I hope to see you here on Wednesday evening for some more of the living room, as I’m participating in a home tour once again with some talented bloggers.Take care…

I'm with you, I love real, but when they aren't a bargain, I go for faux! Your pumpkins are gorgeous!
