Rain, rain…it’s been a fairly constant deluge here in Miami and waking up to “frosted” windows every day is no joke! So I’ve been staying inside and working on some projects and today I plan on getting out the sewing machine. It’s been far too long since I’ve sewn, but I have a creative project that I’ve been itching to make and will share soon. Happy Friday and be sure to click on the posts below!

  1. That bathroom is beautiful. I’m looking for ideas to remodel my main bath, but I’m curious, is a wood countertop a good idea? I’m assuming if you apply many layers of poly it may be ok however the vanity in that bathroom looks like raw wood.

    1. Lizzy, our main business is our construction remodeling company and I would definitely say that would not be a wise bathroom decision. There’s just too much moisture and I would go for a solid surface like quartz. Will pay off in the long run.
