Happy Labor Day weekend and I’m up at our sweet beach place for a few days of relaxation. Feeling grateful that we have this place to escape to amidst the chaos this year. Yesterday we went to do a few errands after arriving and I just had to stop at a favorite antique store! OMG…remember the mirror that I told you I found a few months back? I’ll share a photo below, and it was a lucky Craigslist find. Well as luck would have it I spied a really nice gilded mirror in the antique shop for half off and the price was great to begin with! But guess what…I didn’t purchase it because honestly I don’t know if I have a place for it. WHAT DO YOU THINK…should I go back and get it?

I had to go back and get it Carol…and then found out that the store is going to close up and there are some more pieces that I might just ‘have to have’!! Enjoy the holiday weekend!

On another note, I love the look of the feathers in the pitcher you are showing. Do you know if I should be concerned with feathers picked up outside (I love in a very rural area) or if I should stick with purchased product?
