Welcome to the ALL NEW French Country Fridays, the series that will inspire you to “Frenchify” your Friday!
The week has gone by so quickly, as they tend to do these days! Looks like we are going to cool off a bit here in South Florida this weekend and that’s always welcome. We will be entering our 6-7 month long summer season soon enough, and as much as I love our Florida life the heat and humidity isn’t fun for so long. That’s when we think about getting away for a bit and traveling. So today I’m sharing a post from the archives about travel photography with your iPhone (or Android, if that’s you) and have some tips and apps. I remember the days when I would lug my big camera gear everywhere and definitely don’t miss doing that! Happy Friday everyone ☀️

Have you ever wondered how can I decorate my home like a Parisian? While it’s true that Paris apartments often have beautiful bones, there are many things that you can do and buy to add that French flair.
At Pierre Frey’s house in rural Normandy, the laid-back decoration combines inherited antiques and flea-market finds with quintessentially French fabrics and wallpapers from his family’s company.
The French tend to not follow rules and decorate their homes in a chic and elegant way that feels effortless. See examples of casual elegance to strive for in this post.
