Hello again, decor enthusiasts! Get ready for a delightful home tour as we step inside the enchanting Charleston home of the renowned influencer and business powerhouse, Julia Berolzheimer

Known for her keen eye and exquisite taste, Julia has curated a home that seamlessly blends the grand millennial style with a refreshing, streamlined twist, all while maintaining its uniquely charming spirit.

Julia’s Charleston home tour graced the pages of Southern Living and appears regularly on her Instagram posts, offering glimpses into the renovations and updates.

As I stumbled upon her home on Zillow during my research, I couldn’t help but fall in love with it all over again! And what better way to share this dreamy haven with all of you than through an immersive home tour?

So, without further ado, let’s dive into the allure of Julia’s home—a captivating blend of antique charm, modern elegance, and a touch of custom magic. Let this home tour begin!

Enchanting Charleston Home Tour

The home is the result of a collaborative effort between Julia, Charleston’s designer Olivia Brock of Torrance Mitchell Designs, and architect Beau Clowney.

The front porch exudes Southern charm with its all-white exterior. Light blue windows and doors add a dreamy touch.
This classic combination creates a welcoming and timeless aesthetic that matches perfectly with the outdoor surroundings of the home.

The foyer offers a sneak peek into the home’s charm. Two-tone green wallpaper with vertical lines and white dainty detailing dresses the walls. Complementing the color palette, the flooring features floral illustrations in similar hues.

A touch of whimsy is added with a traditional couch dressed in frilly floral upholstery.

As we continue, we can see the same wallpaper in other areas, like the staircase. Here, an antique console table is paired with two iron lamps and a coastal-inspired mirror.

In the open living space next to the dining area, the standout feature is the “Eastern Eden” wallpaper from Iksel Decorative Arts. Its muted yellow background complements a striking golden-yellow velvet couch.

The room has a playful mix of vintage and modern elements, with a collection of printed throw pillows adding a touch of whimsy.

Wicker details alongside modern accents create a balanced and eye-catching space, combining youthful energy with traditional charm.

The kitchen boasts a vaulted ceiling and features a La Cornue range and a backsplash featuring a tile design in pale blue.

Woven rattan details -like the pendants above the pale blue custom kitchen island and counter stools – infuse the kitchen with an airy and coastal-inspired vibe.

The whole home has cozy corners with pops of color, like the breakfast nook by the kitchen. I love the mix of furniture styles, fabric patterns, and art eras!

The family room is a grandmillennial dream with glossy blue framing the windows and ceiling coffers.

Olive green plush sofas and patterned white and blue fabrics create a beautiful, fresh, vibrant, and welcoming space. Whicker details and chinoiserie patterns add a touch of whimsical charm.

The children’s room features a playful mix of traditional patterns, including gentle floral wallpapers, a lush armchair in green gingham upholstery, and dusty pink patterned Roman shades that coordinate with the upholstered side panels of the cradle.

The playroom keeps a similar aesthetic, just slightly more neutral. The pink pops of color, fun mismatching patterns, and wicker elements create such an enchanting space!

This is such a delightful bedroom for a young girl! The antique four-post bed with an upholstered floral ceiling and scalloped edges is the focal piece in this room. The geometrical light green wallpaper matches perfectly with the light blue ceiling.

In this bedroom, the patterns steal the spotlight. The floral motif of the wallpaper goes perfectly with the lilac-pink geometric curtains while the textured rug anchors the room, adding a cozy effect. Antique side tables bring in even more classic charm.

The bathroom offers a subtle nod to French country-style decor, blending whites and soft pinks with distressed wood details and vintage-inspired fixtures.

Named “the Tree House” the guest room is a fan favorite and it’s obvious as to why! Its serene and airy vibe welcomes you right in, the perfect space to relax.

A canopy bed complements the vaulted ceiling, and a gallery wall featuring bird prints adds a unique touch to the room’s airy charm.

Such a stunning blend of grandmillennial style and Southern grace, right? I’ve always loved this home from the bits I’ve seen on Julia’s Instagram page but I’ve certainly fallen in love with it all over again!

Gorgeous and what a pretty city. I love her line for Pottery Barn, I did my deck in all the green metal and green potting bench. She has great taste and the pottery line was affordable.

Wow! A stunner!!! Love this home and love the porch furniture! I have the same Brown & Jordan set but with navy cushions. I love the pale blue!

    1. Isn’t it gorgeous Shirley?!! I love all of her pale blue touches as well.

  3. It’s an amazing home. I’m constantly inspired by her eye for detail and her style is SO refreshing that it’s not all white. I wonder if they are moving as the house was listed on Zillow for sale in 2024 but removed. Whenever they go she will surely touch that house with her golden touch as well.

    1. I couldn’t agree more and love her style as well! I think they were planning on moving but the house perhaps was overpriced and timing in the market was off? Thanks for stopping by! 💕
