Today I’m talking about the room in my home at the beach where I spend a lot of time in. The kitchen! This room used to be a blah builder grade with rusting appliances and not very attractive finishes. Now it’s a place that I enjoy hanging out in and cooking some healthy dinners, mostly from the sea outside. The thing about second homes is that oftentimes we just don’t have a large budget for renovation. I know that we didn’t, so we waited (until we couldn’t stand it anymore, hah!) and did as much as we could ourselves.
