I don’t know about you, but I have Christmas on my mind and started decorating this week! Some of you may not be in the “let’s decorate for Christmas before Thanksgiving camp”, but as a blogger I have two posts coming next week and we share to inspire. Today I’m talking Christmas decorating trends for 2017 that I’ve seen and although I’m not necessarily a trend follower I thought that I’d share what I’ve seen when out and about.
1. Fixer Upper Farmhouse Christmas
I suppose unless you’ve been living under a decorating rock you must know that Chip and Joanna Gaines of Fixer Upper have a line out at Target. Their timing is impeccable with Christmas almost here, and although I don’t embrace farmhouse for my suburban home I would totally buy this Farmhouse Christmas Wreath With Bells.

2. Copper Christmas
I’m not going to lie. We have at least half a dozen Christmas trees and my husband would probably divorce me if another one came into our home, but I’m CRUSHING on this COPPER CHRISTMAS TREE big time!
Not your mama’s flocked Christmas tree, today’s trees generally have less shedding and although they’ve been trending for a couple of years now I believe that they still have a lifespan left.
