The Beautiful Magic of Christmas At Night
The Beautiful Magic of Christmas At Night
I enjoyed refreshing the mantel several weeks back by adding in some touches of blush pink and extra glitter on the pinecones. Keeping things rather simple in design will allow me to restyle and refresh for a NOT SO CHRISTMAS winter look on the way soon.
As a mom of young adults, it truly is the happiest time of all, since we will all be together for the holidays very soon. That is my greatest gift and the gift of time is in my stocking I’m told.
In the dining room the table has been set several times this season and the warm glow of the Christmas tree has been ever present. Yes, I’ve accented with more pink this year than in recent years but the touches are soft and not over done.
My husband walks through the house every morning and turns on all of the Christmas tree lights. This year we have four trees throughout the house and each has their own touch.
Something simple with seeded eucalyptus and juniper berries forming a table garland, along with blush pink votives and my signature painted pink pinecones.
Our master bedroom has the old white tree that I shared the other day and talked about how it had been rescued from doom. I love having a white tree in the house and our bedroom is the perfect place to place it opposite from the bed.
A plain and simple tree with no ornaments can be just as pretty as one that is fully embellished. Just the glow and twinkle of the lights that shine brightly.
