Okay friends…question! Do you feel that you’ve been running an in-home restaurant or cafeteria since the pandemic started? I sure do and although I love to cook, it’s been constant lately. Yesterday I had the Instant Pot, the air fryer, my Vitamix and the food processor all going at the same time. Hah! We are on a plant based whole foods diet and it simply means a lot of meal prep and recipe developing. Are you interested in seeing some of what I’ve been cooking going forward into 2021?   2. Absolutely! I’ve been a vegetarian for 30+ years. My cholesterol shot up, (heredity), so now I’ve eliminated dairy. I’m always on a search for good recipes with low saturated fat. Happy Holidays!

    1. Thank you Kim! I’ve gone from vegetarian to vegan and I’m trying to get my hereditary cholesterol under control as well. Been doing lots of research and recipe adapting the last few months!
