Lakeside Luxury: A Colorful Coastal Home Tour

In the entryway, we see a subdued palette with grey wood-paneled walls. A demilune table in a weathered finish adds a rustic element, while a bright turquoise lamp provides a vibrant accent, matching the rug and accent floral patterned chair.

The living room exudes a breezy, eclectic charm with its soaring cathedral ceiling and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light.

A bold mix of patterns and colors creates a lively atmosphere, from the blue ikat-print sofa to the red floral armchairs and animal print accents.

Moving to the kitchen, we find a bright and airy space that seamlessly blends classic and contemporary elements.

The striking blue island anchors the room, while brass lantern pendants and a gold-trimmed range hood add a touch of glamor.

Patterned tile behind the stove provides a focal point that ties the color scheme together.

The dining area features a striking green lattice wall treatment and crown molding, adding architectural interest and a pop of color. A large, ornate chandelier with a leaf motif serves as a focal point and complements the natural elements in the design.

Upholstered chairs with nailhead trim gather around a rustic wooden dining table, anchoring the space. An eclectic collection of glass bottles in various shades of green, adds texture and a coastal touch to the tabletop.

The sunroom continues the home’s cheery vibe with green bistro chairs surrounding a weathered wood table.

Blue pendant lights echo the kitchen’s color palette, creating a cohesive flow between spaces. Large windows blur the line between indoors and out, making this the perfect spot for casual meals or morning coffee.

Woven throughout each room, there’s a thoughtful mix of patterns – from stripes and checks to florals and geometrics – all unified by a consistent color scheme.

In the bedroom, sea-foam green grasscloth wallpaper helps the space create a serene backdrop for the cream-colored tufted headboard.

Blue and white patterned pillows against the crisp white bedding pop, while a carved wooden piece above the bed adds an artistic touch and textural contrast.

In a more intimate family room, there’s a cozy and old-world style with deep navy paneled walls contrasted by a rustic wood plank ceiling.

A vibrant red sofa serves as a bold focal point, complemented by leather armchairs and an upholstered ottoman in a denim-like fabric.

Woven shades make the room feel even more cozy, casting off the bright natural light.

In this hallway, the teal draperies with a Greek key border framing the windows add a charming and classical touch.

The powder room continues the blue and white theme with a striking gingham wallpaper. Unique blue glass sconces flank a round brass mirror, while a pedestal sink keeps the small space feeling open and airy.

This way to mix such a busy pattern with classical colors and elements it’s such a clever way to add a modern twist to traditional combos!

Throughout the home, there’s a delicate balance of preppy patterns, coastal influences, and unexpected pops of color that keep the eye interested without feeling overpowering.

The design team crafted a space designed for both style and daily lifestyle, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxed family living and entertaining.

Now, I’m curious. what was your favorite room? If I had to pick just one, I think I would go for the sunroom.
It’s such a pretty space! Let me know which one is your favorite down in the comments 😉
