Easy Strawberry Cobbler With Bisquick

Strawberries are abundant in the markets this year, and in this post I’m sharing my recipe for easy strawberry cobbler with Bisquick.

– Wash, hull and quarter strawberries. Place in the bottom of an 8" square baking dish.

– Combine sugar and baking mix in a medium bowl with a fork. Stir in egg and mix...it will be clumpy.

– I used coconut sugar which looks like brown sugar, but doesn't clump and is low glycemic.

– Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the strawberries in baking dish. Drizzle butter evenly over the baking mix.

– Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, or until brown on top. Allow to cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.

– Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream or cold with whipped cream.
