It’s been a stressful week here in South Florida with Hurricane Dorian looming like a monster off the coast. As I’m writing this a couple of days ahead of time we don’t exactly know what’s going to happen. Our homes are our nests and thinking of a devastating storm that could possibly destroy where you feel safest is mind boggling. As of now, we should be safe here in the Miami area, but our beach place a few hours up the coast may bear the brunt. Our hearts go out to all of those who suffer in this storm and as always I try to simply spread beauty on this blog. Take care my friends…and below I have some inspiration with the calming color that I’ve always crushed on, POWDER BLUE.

Stay safe and hoping for the best outcome with your beach home (and all the rest of the homes) in that area and in Florida/upper states. It is a terribly big hurricane. and the news that reaches in California is that much of Florida will be hit.

I loved this post. I understand the recent trends to neutral decor, but it does not appeal to me. I need colour in my life, and these blue inspirations are just beautiful. Thanks for sharing some colour.
